Ohio Legislator Wants BMV Late License Fee Eliminated And Refunds Offered
Ohio State Representative Stephen Dyer proposes directing the BMV Registrar to offer a refund for everyone who paid the late fee. Debbie Newcomb (D-Conneaut) to repeal the $20 late fee imposed last year for late Bureau of Motor Vehicle registrations and renewals.

Dyer said. “The fee comes as just another expense in a tough economy, and families trying to make ends meet shouldn’t have to be shouldered with another burden.
